Fees for Real Estate Professional Buyers Agent Services

When you retain our services, we are only financially compensated by you and no one else. To maintain our independence, we absolutely do NOT accept any commissions from sellers/lessors. Our fees are very competitive and NEGOTIABLE they are either based on a percentage of the purchase/lease price or a fixed amount.

There are TWO BASIC FEES for using our services.

A Non-Refundable Upfront Retainer

This fee is paid upon signing of the Agency Agreement regardless of whether a property is ultimately purchased/leased. This fee is deductible from the success fee due when a property is purchased/leased.

A Success Fee.

This is only paid when contracts/leases are exchanged for the purchase/lease of a property.
