FEES for Our Services
When you retain Pro Real Estate Buyers Agent services, we are only financially compensated by you and no one else. To maintain our independence, we do not accept any commissions/fees from any other party.
Our fees are very competitive; they are either based on a percentage of the purchase/lease price or a fixed amount.
There are TWO BASIC FEES for using our services.
(1) A Non-Refundable Upfront Retainer. This fee is paid upon signing of the Agency Agreement regardless of whether a property is ultimately purchased/leased. This fee is deductible from the success fee due when a property is purchased/leased.
(2) A Success Fee. This is only paid when contracts/leases are exchanged for the purchase/lease of a property.
Auction – Attendance Fee from: $550, Success Fee from $1,100 (inc GST).
