Evaluate and negotiate
Once you are satisfied the target property has met your needs, we review the current market value of the selected property, using a combination of our local knowledge and our extensive sales/rentals database showing comparable sales/rentals in the chosen area.
Then we commence negotiations with the seller/lessor or seller’s agent/lessor’s agent. This is where our knowledge and skill come to the forefront to secure the property at the best possible price, terms and conditions. Or attend the Auction, and bid for you on your behalf. This ensures you will stay within your specified budget.
After your offer has been accepted, or prior to Auction, we liaise with your Conveyancer/Solicitor to finalise the sale/lease particulars and maintain contact with your Conveyancer/Solicitor through to settlement.
We strongly suggest a building and pest inspection or strata reports are obtained if purchasing.
Our fees are very competitive; they are either based on a percentage of the purchase/lease price or a fixed amount.
